WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME?

Our average production time for all Custom Printed Products are 7-10 business days. During peak seasons, timelines may take longer due to higher order volumes.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer Free shipping on all orders over $149. In order to qualify for the free shipping, your online cart subtotal must meet or exceed $149 after any promotional discounts have been applied. Sales taxes and/or any shipping charges are not inclusive.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

If your order is not eligible for free shipping, we charge a low flat rate of $20 for ground shipping to anywhere in Canada (except for Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon). RURAL DELIVERIES Rural delivery surcharges may be applicable to your order depending on your location. These surcharges are determined by the couriers as the cost of delivering to remote locations are more expensive. If a surcharge is applicable to your order, our customer service department will contact you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED?

Our standard shipping service is by ground across Canada except for Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. Below are estimated transit times by province.

Ontario & Quebec: 1-3 Business days

Alberta: 3-4 Business days British Columbia: 4-6 Business days

Newfoundland & Labrador: 4-6 Business days

Prince Edward Island: 2-4 Business days

New Brunswick: 2-4 Business days

Nova Scotia: 2-3 Business days

Manitoba: 2-3 Business days

Saskatchewan: 3-4 Business days

RETURNS

Product will be replaced with no charge if it has a manufacturing defect or if it has been damaged during shipment. In order to replace your product, please contact us by mail at info@torontodigital.ca Please attach a photo of the defective product or damaged packaging, along with your name and shipping address.

NOTE : Following installation, your product will not be replaced if it has a manufacturing defect or if it gets damaged during installation. It will be impossible to justify a return if the dimensions provided at the time of the order do not correspond to the dimensions of your space. Your product can not be returned if the image was chosen for purchase no longer suits you. The return of your product is unjustifiable if the colours presented on the screen are not identical to the colours printed because the display of colours varies from one screen to another depending on the calibration of the monitor.
